The NHL will debut a pretty cool bit of technology at this year’s Winter Classic. For the first time ever, every puck used in the game will be coated in a thermochromic substance that will change the puck’s graphics from purple to white as the puck thaws. That got thinking, which is dangerous. What other ways can we tweak the game to make it better?

Hello, and a Happy American Thanksgiving week to all of you crazy folks! With all the recent head coach turnover in the NHL, we decided to put together an emergency episode before the holiday hits.

It’s that time of year again, the time of year we Americans gather around a family table, try not to bring up politics and eat way too much food. It’s a fun time, but a stressful one as well. We wanted to give you something to read while waiting for that emergency turkey to thaw or something you can change the subject after your least racist uncle gets too deep into the bar. We all have a lot to be thankful for, even the Blackhawks fans.
